Meeting Isabel (May 18)

Today I met Isabel, who is just a few days younger than I am. Her mom, Veronica, and mommy have known each other for about a decade.

We had a pleasant lunch at a pancake restaurant on the canal in Utrecht. Daddy thinks there used to be more such restaurants on the Oude Gracht, but apparently this is the only one left. They were very accommodating, seeing as two of us did not eat any pancakes but took up quite a bit of space nonetheless.

As you can see, I had a lovely view of the canal from my stroller.

Not that I spent a lot of time enjoying the view...
