Lightning visit to Winston-Salem (July 24)

On our way back from Mexico we made a super-quick stop at Wake Forest University so mommy could do some work in her old lab. We got to stay with Ellen and Robin, who have a beautiful house near where mommy used to live. I especially loved their air-conditioning, which was very welcome after Mexico.

As an added bonus, I got to go for my first ever swim! Mommy's friend Ruth has a pool in her back yard. I'm jealous! Here I model my bathing suit:

Afterwards, I got to hang out with Ruth too.

Mommy has lots of other friends in Winston-Salem. I was sad we were there so briefly that I didn't get to meet any more.
