Duino

After Florence, we went to Duino, where daddy went to high school. The gelato was just as good there as it had been in Florence.

On Sunday, we went for a nice hike in the hills behind the town.

We walked back along the coast. That is the castle of Duino in the background.

In the evening, we hung out with daddy's friend Mirella and her family. I had a great time playing with Giorgio and Giulio, her sons. Giulio made some very funny faces. Thanks to their dad, Luca, for taking these pictures!
