The church has large funerary monuments along the walls. Pappa wanted to take pictures of me in front of the one for Galileo, whose house is near our Florence house, and the one for Machiavelli. I couldn't go very close because there were ropes around them.
Ali and I got tired of walking around in the very big church, so we relaxed on one of the benches for a bit.
After we left the church, we stopped for a gelato, which made the afternoon complete!
