(June 2) Hiking

Today we went for a long walk through the woods from Fiesole to Settignano. We saw the place where Leonardo da Vinci made his assistants jump of a mountain in his machines to attempt human flight! We spent a long time in the backpack, but at the top of the mountain both of us got to walk around ourselves a little bit.

There were many places where we had a great view of Florence in the valley below.
